Welcome Dinner
Start the celebration with a relaxed welcome dinner. Choose a refined set-menu dinner or a more casual themed experience in the castle courtyard — a traditional hunters' dinner or a grill evening on our terrace.
The themed option features generous platters of local specialties, game ragout slowly prepared in a cauldron, or a selection of grilled dishes. The evening ends with freshly baked kürtőskalács, prepared on site.
Starters
Plated or buffet — depending on your venue and style. A typical selection includes:
Meat-based
Duck liver parfait, mini meat patties, rosé beef tenderloin, local cured meats
Vegetarian
Artisanal cheeses, polenta with cheese, Caprese skewers with buffalo mozzarella
Soup & Main Course
A traditional soup or broth can be included if desired. For the main course, choose one or two dishes, served plated, buffet-style, or on shared platters. A late-night dish can also be added.

Tailored to your preferred selection:
- Italian prosecco or Carassia sparkling wine for the reception
- Non-alcoholic: still & sparkling water, Coca-Cola, natural juices, homemade elderflower lemonade
